Looking at flight prices late February early March Lufthansa and KLM are cheap £350 to 400 range, couple of hours lay over. anybody experienced these flights , service ok, flight entertainment, food etc. Middle East airlines are £450 to 500

KLM are cancelling a lot of their flights to Bangkok, usually telling passengers at short notice. Appear to only be flying twice a week, but selling tickets for 7 days a week.

Passengers usually transferred to Air France instead as they are a partner airline but not always on same date.

I guess that will cause problems with the paperwork when you arrive in Bangkok, not worth the risk or potential hassle.

Looking at them a second time now, no they do not include hold luggage. So in all probability they are same price as Qatar and Emirates. Thanks for mentioning this👍

Their carry on luggage is more generous than other Airlines.  If you are a light traveler you might get by without checked luggage.

Just came back from Rio with Lufthansa, worse long haul flights I’ve been on for a long time. Changed flight times 3 times in the 3 months between booking and flying, and terrible food .In flight entertainment was OK. Check in staff very arrogant and unfriendly.

Found a great Business Class deal for Lufthansa LHR - BKK via Munich. Anyone flown with them recently? Is a 2 hour layover in Munich long enough for all the checks?

Pre-Covid I would have booked immediately, now hesitant as a few months out.
