Pattaya Entertainment and Tourism Association executive secretary Mr. Damrangkiat and Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Anuthin Chanvirakul spoke about the COVID-19 outbreak.

The failure to comply with COVID free setting measures has caused the outbreak problem.

All clusters were caused by violations of the official rules by selfish 'mobs' especially "semi-pub-restaurants" who asked for permission to open as restaurants, but in the end they acted like pubs and bars...
