Yeah don't think many will want to risk getting carted off to a field hospital for an enforced stay, just to get a fry up or a drink, that's if this testing regime is enforced.

So have i got this right...the restaurant is going to be checking us b4 we are allowed in and if all ok what proof are they giving us,Are the tests carrried out in a safe clean enviroment, This is an open question fforest im  not putting you on the spot here mate 😀

I thought the PM along with CCSA were the only ones who could make "orders" and they had to be published in the Royal Gazette to be official.

Governors have the power to add restrictions, but they can't lessen restrictions sent down from up high.

I think it's been policy so far that provinces are allowed to tighten restrictions beyond national.
