i'm going to guess if it's south of soi 5 jomtien it is to do with the jet ski event which i think but guessing is 12 to 16 jan.

re bali hai. last night around 20 10 ish there was a limited firework event. from my south pattaya vantage point i think the launch site was the breakwater. but not certain
