While many are commenting on Social Media that he isn’t overly bright I do have some sympathy. The law, or rather the information about the law, is about as clear as mud. My neighbor grows it now. She’s elderly and no villain so I’d be fairly sure she believes it’s ok.

The plant looks to be just leaves, the same leaves sold at many Cannabis drink stands around town.

I agree although I think they are licensed. Another side to it as clear as mud. Prompted by this thread I asked a Thai friend who said “oh yes OK now but one plant per household and no thc”. Another thing I’d never heard before.

The plant appears to be trimmed which means no flowers or buds.  There is a small amount of THC in the leaves and stems but nobody uses it to smoke.  Some edible shops in Colorado do use some of the leaves to make Cannibas/oil but 90% of the good stuff is from the buds.

Now I understand this is Thailand and the laws and opinions are different.  I live here and wouldn't walk around with a plant or be anywhere near one here unless things are decriminalized.  I am also from Colorado so my options on this weed/plant are very positive for private use.
