It's not that the bargirls took his money, it's that he willingly parted with it in return for favors. Assholes like this don't belong in LOS. Hopefully, he will not be allowed back in the country.

I'd say he is suffering from some mental illness. What kind of nut can't open a cash draw in a phone booth? And we can discount peanut, cashew, almond, etc. :D
