Delta airlines gift cards

I have 9, $100usd Delta airlines gift cards, no expiration date. But I don't think I'll ever use them. 

I want a firm $700usd for all 9, or $80usd each. Would like to get usd but will also take the equivalence in Thai baht selling rate as per TT exchange.

Can only take cash payment, I'm in Pattaya.

I normally do not fly any American owned airlines to Asia, but what about their "International partner's?

I looked it up and it is China Airline and China Southern

Unsure if others go to Thailand
