Apartments with monthly rates

Hi,

 

I'm looking to stay in Pattaya (or posibly Bangkok) for quite a number of months. I just wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations for apartments with good monthly rates. The key things I'm looking for are:

 

- Reasonably cheap (up to 15k but the cheaper the better)

- Quite central (Jomtien is also okay)

- Internet (need it for work)

- aircon

- small kitchen would be a bonus

- if it has a pool/gym great but not essential

- a balcony would also be a bonus (but again not essential)

 

If anyone has any recommendation they'd be very much appreciated. Also if anyone has any recommendations of apartments in Bangkok... id also be very greatful to hear.

Room 12A May suit you as is in your frame, no gym but the hotel metrapole has a nice gym and anyone can use it + the pool for 100 baht all day.

If you need the internet for work stay away from wireless

Not an appartment but Pattaya Bay Resort is a popular hotel with BMs and has a monthly rack rate that is cheaper than a 15 day stay.
