The real question is, after visiting Chiang Mai, will we be able to go anywhere else in Thailand? I have friends who live in Phuket, that need to come up to Chiang Mai to renew their Visa. Once leaving Phuket it seems very difficult to get back without being vaccinated and some type of quarintine.
