Since part of the strategy is an "accelerated" jab effort, I'd say absolutely.

Great idea...as long as they hospitals and medical system's are not overloaded or at capacity.  Not that long ago hospitals in Bangkok were shipping patients off to the provincial hospitals because they had run out of beds in the capital.

Not a good time to fall off a moto or have a heart attack.
