Has anyone been able to get proper details about how to get to Samui under the new sandbox rules ? Presumably all flight must transit through BKK and transfer to Bangkok Air to Samui ? What airlines are allowed ? Stuff like that is very vague at present . Of course judging by the Phuket Sandbox last minute updates it might be 13th July before we have the full picture . Why would I hope for anything better.

I would be more interested in this as at least some time could be spent on Koh Tao and I could do some diving (I would hope) but I still would not want to play the multiple test lottery game, so unlikely this year unless we see major change in the Thai govt approach.
