buy or not to buy!

.....i coming every year in Pat minimum 2 times..something like 6 weeks in year!!!....and now i ask myself to buy condo or not.....is somebody have final solution??

why buy a condo for 6 weeks, stay with hotels so you have the freedom to move around different areas of pattaya during your stays.

If you stay 6 weeks / year in Pats, and you would buy a condo, what would you do with it the other 46 weeks? Renting out is hassle plus the risk of guests who ruin the place.

 

You could go for a timeshare, of course...

 

If you stay a month or longer, I'd recommend renting a condo, it's probably much cheaper than a hotel. But if you do 3 times 2 weeks, just go to a hotel.

It is not cost effective if you are only six weeks a year in Patts. Moreover, the prices for real estate will probably plummet and the baht will probably be devalued. Given this situation, it might be worth waiting a while to see what happens.

Perhaps you should buy 2 condos if you got the dough.

Or maybe buy a beer bar
