BT: Check out Canby Publications. Most all the bars and pubs have rooms upstairs & honestly IMO they're all shitholes, and I've stayed in a lot of them. The cleaning skills in Cambodia are way below the rest of SE Asia, even in the nicer hotels. I usually spend the extra $$ and stay at the FCC for $50-60. I like Cara for $35 or so too (get a room in the front w/a balcony). On the river and cheap - the Paragon ($20 or so). Get a room in the back. Sisowath Quay is real noisy with trucks, boats, and construction. In savagely 3rd world PP you'll be saving hugely on the girls, drinks, and food. Spend it on the room - you'll be glad you did. wj
