The current office at the OTOP building in central Roi Et is moving to a new location on Highway 23, on the way to Maha Sarakham, apparently sometime in April.

It is being constructed passed the ring road junction by Robinsons on the right-hand side as you go towards MS and thus a U-turn is required.
