Is the Super Rugby still on Sophon?

It appears Setanta no longer have the rights, so it’s not available on Sophon or True.  It’s also not on in the UK. We’re showing it at Danny’s sports bar on Supersport South Africa.

The Australia games of Super Rugby started last Friday. The NZ games start this Friday. They have both been on the Setanta channel of Sophon in recent years, along with lots of other rugby. I cannot see any rugby, including Setanta, on Sophon cable this year.

Seems you can only watch it on PC, mobile etc.

So, what channel is anyone watching Super Rugby nowadays?

Supersports South Africa only show some of the Australia/NZ games eg last weekend they showed a European game instead of Queensland Reds v Crusaders.

RugbyPass does not seem to be showing any of the Super Rugby games:

Foxsports 3  shows some rugby but it is hit and miss. Not seen any super rugby but english and even USA stuff

Foxsports shows some NRL.

As we speak I am watching the Super Rugby on Sophon. It's in the same position as the old Setanta channel now taken by Rugby Pass. It's channel 178 on my TV.

I cannot find it, but that looks like the quality of my Sophon - a full 80% of the 200 channels have no signal, and many others not enough signal to show the content. But I could not see rugbyPass or Foxsports or any Aussie sports flicking through the channels.

It might be worth re-tuning the channels. I had a similar problem with channels not being available when I moved into my condo. I reported it to the Juristic office and they sent along a technician who just re-tuned the channels on the TV.
