Travel in the south, koh pangnon to phuket

guys im going to the full moon party on the 9th of april and im flying bkk to surat thani on the 8th, i want to know what are the best ways of getting to Phuket after this as im going to meet a few friends there, i guess you could get a bus in suart thani but when i done this last time the bus went to krabi town, then we went to phi phi then Phuket, can i get a direct bus and if so were, also is there a train? i suppose i might fly and will look into the costs, another option is a taxi, does any one also know what the likely prices are gonna be?

There are direct busses from Samui to Phuket, but I would just use Bangkok Air and fly....

Same... Samui to Phuket costs around 2500 baht if im not mistaken

stop in ao nang beach near krabi town..nice chilled place with a little action

luna bar disco on the beach is good late on

get to the irish rover pub and ask for kevin, hes a paddy and will show you around

The buses are alot of hassle and take alot of precious time... flying would be the best option, plus you get to see the cute little Samui airport.

A flight from Samui to Phuket will set you back around 1400bht with Bangkok Airways if you book in advance over the web.
