Condo is in foreign name and has been owned by farang for 10 years and can be transferred quickly. 300 baht monthly service fee. I've been out of Nirun for a couple of years.  Hard to say about the price as it mostly depends of what condition the condo is in.  I am guessing around 400K-500K.

As a general rule regarding the price of any condos the more sq meters the price will increase and the higher the floor the price will also increase.

would second this but closer to 400 than 500 eventho many dreamers ask between 6-900k

would be a great investment actually having condos in there just cant accept the elevators stopping midd levels 

the roi is great for owners and also easy to sell in the future at theese prices compared to the many million thb condos with the endless oversupply of unsold / empty units in patts
