5 Month old Baby dumped by fleeing street beggars at the Bali Hai Port

 

Pattaya City Hall Security Officers known in Thai as “Tresagit” are always on the lookout for street beggars and just after 5am on Friday they spotted a group close to the Bali Hai Port located at the south-end of Pattaya Beach Road. Officers gave chase and one of their group was left behind, a 5 month old baby girl. The Girl was taken into the care of Khun Somdaert, one of the City Hall Officers who ensured the child had a meal before she was taken into the care of the social welfare department at Pattaya City Hall, who are amazed that the child’s Mother would leave her child behind just to escape paying a small fine.

Unbelievable, those scummy mugs should never be able to have access to their kid again. WTF!!
