Best cellphones to perform remote System Admin, AWS

Anyone using a cell phone for remote System Admin, AWS, remote server tasks when using a laptop or larger device isn't possible?

What is working for people? I'm upgrading my Samsung 4 3/8" screen size phone and want to get the best bang for the buck, would have some preference for a keyboard phone if that's a better choice.

Contenders include Motorola Moto G Power w/ 6.7" screen, OUKITEL(2020) w/ 5.5" screen, possibly Xiaomi MI Max 3 w/ 6.9" screen, the latter maybe too big to be practical.

Keyboard phone possibilities: BlackBerry KEY2 about twice what I'd want to spend but possible if the functionality is worth it. Unihertz Titan, slightly cheaper than the BlackBerry, mostly good reviews, possibly better than the BlackBerry.

As an aside, how to get a local SIM/Phone # in Thailand and Vietnam? In VN I suspect this would have to be done by someone physically there. Thanks in advance.

OUKITEL(2020), probably about same as WP5 model, 3 day battery, dual SIM, Android 10 https://oukitel.com/

I can't answer the AWS \ Which phone questions, though, what about the samsung fold?  but thats a bit of overkill maybe. a bit too super fancy, and pricey.

As for Thai and Vietnam...  your best bet is just to get a sim at the airport after you get your luggage, in both cases.
Some people will argue that that it's cheaper to wait until you get settled, then go to  seven eleven or to the mall\etc.
While true, it's a bit cheaper, but really not by a huge amount.  I prefer having connectivity the second i get out of customs, and really a hundred baht or two difference.   It literally takes ~5 mins of your time to get a package set up, and for them to swap out the SIM \ get you up and running.

In Thai, i prefer DTAC, though they're all pretty much the same. doesn't really matter.

In Vietnam, i go with Viettel, just because it's the first thing you see after you get your luggage.
Dirt cheap in both cases.

You are going to be restricted to web console access. If you need CLI access then you obviously need ssh keys. I have no idea if ssh and keys are supported on android but I doubt it. They external keyboard is irrelevant.

There’s an AWS Console app for both iOS and Android.

I use the WebSSH app on iPhone, which supports SSH,  keys and sftp. Termius for Android also supports SSH, SFTP and keys. There are plenty of other apps that do the same for both Android and iOS. Choose a phone with a big screen.
