Just found this on the BBC website about losing your airmiles if you haven't added any in the last 24 months. I suspect it won't affect many people on the forum as they will use and collect airmiles on a regular basis but thought it was worth posting just in case.

This is a quote from the Terms and conditions on http://www.airmiles.co.uk/home.do

 

'If you have not had an Airmile credited to your account for 24 consecutive months, all Airmiles that you have accrued to date will automatically expire without further notice.'
