Advertising got you. 

It doesn't  say see view for under a million that is how you are reading it.

To me it says sea views prices  prices start at under million.

Reality will be  24 sqm  on a low floor for under 1 million and you can see some  of the sea on a higher floor for 5 mill.

Thanks Striderman, for both the pics and map location ;), think I can live with it being 'out the way' my TGF seems to be happy with it and for me thats pretty much the main thing, this came out of the blue last week and I can always travel to Patts via Baht Bus ;), TGF knows exactly what Pattaya is about and is well over it as well but will turn 'a blind eye' if req'd + I just like Jomtien beach, cleaner & quieter ;)
