Is VoipDiscount installed at most Internet Cafes?

This looks like an incredible deal..."Max 300 minutes per week of FREE calls" to/from Thailand/USA(and others) using mobile/landline.

 

Is VoipDiscount installed at most Internet Cafes or is it mostly just Skype? Is anybody currently using this service for international calls from Thailand?

I've never seen it installed... only Skype.

Me and my GF is using it to call from Sweden to Thailand without problems, but no idea if possible to use other way but cant see any reason why not.

Maybe not the information you wanted but all i know :/

great programme just downloaded it and it is much clearer than skype thanks for the info, not seen ot about town yet but expect to see it especially as all calls to thai number mobile and landlines are FREE FREE FREE
