Fucking deport the guy already, he obviously isn't getting the needed help here.

Correct, but the assistance of the U.S. embassy will be needed.  Hopefully next of kin in the USA can be located and help arrange a flight home for this guy.  Then you have to be reasonably assured he will follow the Covid-19 protocol on two separate flights.  My guess is he would need an escort (preferably a family member), and possibly medication.  Sad state of affairs.

He must have money, twice they "treated" him and then let him out into the public.

Kinda hard to deport someone right now...but this guy obviously does need some mental help, and Thailand is not a good place for him to find that kind of help.

He does. I've known him a long time, hope he gets the help he needs.
