Villa rental with pool - where to look?

So due to world events it looks like my stay in Pattaya is going to be extended somewhat and after renting a nice villa via airbnb I don't really want to look at condos, especially not if extended periods are needed to be spent at home.    Is there a good website or agent to go to that could help me find a furnished villa on a 6 month rental basis (I could probably stretch to a year if need be) and I would like it to come with a pool.  Location is not quite so important and either Jomtiem or Pattaya would be fine.   Budget is flexible but I am hoping not to need to spend more than 50,000 a month.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.    The current villa I am renting is really nice, comes with a pool and cost 60,000 for the month via AirBnb so I am hoping I would be able to find an equivalent or better for 50,000 or less if renting directly for 6 months to a year.

Not a recommendation as they weren’t particularly good but a friend used an agent in Jomtien who manages some villas that are behind Rhompo. The office is on Jomtien Second Rd roughly opposite the (very tall) Dusit Grand Condo. There were flags outside the office.

why dont you ask  your current villa to go month to month direct for  a discount

I renters market they  will be ok with 30k in this environment IMO 

30k is better than nothing when you tell them your leaving.

View Talley had some villas in that area.

View Talay villas are off Jomtien Second Road just past the main junction. They go back quite a way - lots of them.
