You’re probably better off goin to a gym that you can pay for weekly/monthly mate. 

Most budget hotel Gyms are pathetic. 
 

coco fitness in mikes shopping mall is good and reasonably priced as is fitness 7 at Avenue

I stayed in D hotel where rooms can be had for £25 a day with a pool on the roof, it's a newish hotel but no gym although it's like a 5 minute walk to a Tony's? I think it's called Gym that looked pretty good by the sign although I never went in there to look as I sort of gave up on the idea of going to the gym once I arrived in Thailand.
