Named Lucean which will consist of two buildings of 24 floors and 740 rooms, and 56 floors of 530 rooms.

Maybe they’re hoping to find plenty of Chinese victims customers.

I noticed Golden Top were offering 4 free flights from China and a free stay in a condo to anyone who bought a unit at Marina Golden Bay off Thepprasit. I guess they can afford to when they’re asking over 100k a square metre!

Looks to be about the same height as Reflection condos on Jomtien Beach Road. There goes the neighborhood. I stay at View Talay Residence 3 in the left of pictures 2 and 4. Going to be noisy and dusty my February-March stay.
