Pattaya to Rayong super tollway likely to fully open by August next year

 If you head down route 331 toward Utapao the place where the new highway crosses 331 has lots of work to be done.    Strangely the on ramps are done but the roadway is just dirt at the moment and I didn't spot any work being done there when I passed by mid day on  a Friday.   

I'm looking foward to the northern part opening as that will serve as a Pattaya bypass for those headed south and will mean less traffic on Sukumvit through Pattaya.
