Not that I have been to any as seem to sweat out lots of things in Pattaya, but there are plenty of them.  Believe there one just across 2nd road from entrance to Soi 6 so you can sweat before and/or after you there.

Would like to know a good one as well in huahin. It's hard to find any here and the that two I found they're old and small. So maybe something new is up somewhere around? Any info?
