Tourist Police issue final warning to Pattaya Beach Prostitutes and loiterers

In the early hours of Friday Morning in the front of the Tourist Police Station located on the Pratamnuk Hill, Police Lieutenant Colonel Suwan, the Inspector-in-Charge of the station held a parade of men and women rounded-up earlier in the night from Pattaya Beach. Some were suspected of engaging in prostitution and others were known to the Police as troublemakers. They were told by the Inspector that they were rounded-up and taken to the Station for the purpose of issuing them with a final warning not to engage in any anti-social or criminal activities on the beach again otherwise they would be arrested. The Tourist Police are expected to conduct regular beach clean-up operations in the coming weeks and hope that this final warning will be enough to reduce crimes occurring on the beach from now on.
