Soi 13 construction noise?

I usually stay at Dynasty Inn in soi 13 but since they have no swimming pool I've been thinking about trying Sandy Springs or Whitehouse Condotel, also in soi 13.

Is there any noisy construction going on at the moment in the neighborhood?
