No surprise that part of the sand on Pattaya Bay washed away again after a stout rain.

I wonder if "tourists concerned about water quality" - as the title of the Pattaya News article reads; or if tourists are concerned with the lack of water quality in Pattaya Bay.

They were smoothing over the beach with JCB’s in 1996w. Yes, there were more trees to drain the water away, but it was still a mess. ( see attached photo)
City Halls plan is to use JCB’s after every heavy rain. But most of the water will get drained. 46e006d830390c9624c7c1385a621acd.jpg
