Apparently they had the weightlifting championships in Pattaya last week.

Georgian Olympic gold medalist had some mind boggling lifts to win the title, and he's only 25 years old.

His snatch was an astounding 220 kilograms or 485 pounds, and his clean and jerk was 264 kilograms or 582 pounds.

I confess it hurts to watch this.  I used to lift and the concept of moving that kind of weight is mind boggling.  Shit, just talking about it my knees hurt.  :OMFG:
