Help. Want suite and Gym

Very close to booking the jasmine city hotel . The location is good plus they have suites at a very good price . 70 euro . However a gym is very important to me and whilst they have one I'm unsure how good it is. Is there any close by

Have a look at viva garden residence , very good gym but a bit of a distance from the action , I have stayed at both and found Viva a lot better including price
