Urgent needed house or villa with private pool

i am looking for a house or villa with private garden and swimming pool.

this to use for 1 or 2 days.

 

as you might know from a post on here i was planning a private party.

but as it turned out to be a holiday that day,there will be almost nothing open and no selling alcohol that day.

 

so now i am looking for someone that has a house or villa to use for 1 or 2 day to use for a private party.

Unless you find a BM with a house its difficult to get 2 days rental. I know a guy who rents his out out on a WEEKLY basis but because he lets to holiday makers he charges stupid fees of around 24,000 for a week.

 

Possible alternative is the rooftop suite that luvtomuff took at the Metropole - no pool but had a rooftop jacuzzi I think.

for renting view talay villa i suggest you call them up directly or go to there office at jomtien. ( at the end of soi5 or 6 ) i forgot.. a taxi driver should know. if not they are at the end of soi 5 or 6. for sure..

 

( cost 9000 for there biggest house. which is pretty big. but not quite as big if you are thinking of a pretty good size party. they have swiming pool and such.. )...

even though i would never stay at the secret villa ever again. i would suggest it for your party.. why?..

they have EVERYTHING that you will veer need to have a party .. everything!.. pool room pingpong table. big house.. very nice house.. BIG pool.. a BAR!. 3 big TVS. alot of space for everyone!.. all for 5000 bt.. but you have to reserve for 2 days stay minimum.. pool not privte cause you are sharing it with BEN ( the owner ). but he leaves the pool alone when the place is rented.

i have stayed at both place. at view talay villa you need to keep quite when it gets late.. plus if you do go through the office. they charge an extra 1000bt for every extra person you bring in.. ( since the house is a 6 person house. maybe you could bring in max 12 people. with no extra charge). they dont charge for peoples if its from 8am - 10 pm... i suggest ask them before renting about guests
