Just booked this hotel for my next trip. Newish hotel and not many reviews on the usual sites so if anyone has any experience I would appreciate you posting here.

Booked through Agoda and its cancellable so no biggy if I switch to somewhere else if it's a flea pit.

Works out about 25 quid a night so I am not expecting the Ritz.
