Condo rental - serviced ?

Iv'e never stayed in a condo before, always hotels, guest houses.

I like the room cleaned everyday and fresh towels/sheets etc when I wake each day (afternoon). I'm lazy, yes, it's my holiday.

So is this possible with renting a condo for a month? Full service, same as hotel? Wake up - go for lunch - come back and room sorted, same as hotel.

I'm arriving the end of August for 30 days and looking for a condo around Soi Beaukhow area with full service if this is possible?

Budget is anything up to 30k including the daily cleaning towels/sheets etc.
