Soldier Hurt in road crash close to Sattahip Market

Police and rescue units received an urgent call to attend the scene of a road accident which occurred in front of the Sattahip Market in the early hours of Saturday Morning. The single vehicle crash seriously injured the driver; Warrant Officer First Class Chamnan aged 39 who was suspected of falling asleep at the Wheel of the car. Witnesses reported seeing the car hit the curb and then flip over on the pavement. Rescue Workers carefully extricated the injured solider from the car and he was taken to the Queen Sirigit Hospital where he is now recovering from multiple injuries.
