Man shot dead to steal Fino?

Factory worker shot dead and his motorbike stolen as he rides home after work.

 

In the early hours of Thursday Morning, Police Lieutenant Anuson from Chonburi District Police Station was called to a road in Na Par sub-district to deal with the aftermath of a fatal shooting. At the scene, the investigating officer inspected the body of Khun Ampon aged 23, a planning officer for the Thai Kikuwa Industries Company based in Chonburi District. He was lying on the road and had sustained a single gun shot to his back. Police suspect someone followed him from the factory as he had just come off-shift. CCTV pictures from the factory confirmed that he left on a Yamaha Fino Motorbike and Police suggest the shooter intended to steal his motorbike and was happy to use deadly force to obtain the vehicle. Police are now searching for the bike and, more importantly, the shooter who remains at large.
