I need to travel over to Hua Hin in a couple of weeks by bike. I have been told to use Bang Na Trat rd to get to Phrae Padaeng and the bike ferry to get across the river.

 

Checking google earth it shows Bang na Trat road as an expressway in part

 

1st question: Is it ok to ride motorcycle all the way to Phrae Padaeng

2nd question: Are the tolls open yet on Kanchanaphisek road ( Bkk Outer ring road highway 9) as this is an easy way to get across on new bridge and bypass bkk
