Mozilla has made a major screw-up with Firefox today,  with a bug that disables and locks out all browser extensions.

This includes all the security features like AdBlock Plus,  NoScript, UBlock Origin and HTTPS everywhere.  Firefox users have been left naked to the internet.

The company says it is working on an urgent fix to the problem.

Better be careful about what sites you connect to until it is fixed,  or perhaps use Chrome until then.

i use  noscript  ublock and privacy badger.  i havent updated firefox so i havent seen issues today

Yeah, had to switch to the Brave browser (Chrome) to use my password manager.

I suffer from PTSD, Post Thailand Stress Disorder =P

Mozilla pushed version 66.0.4 to my PC today and the problem is fixed.  Extensions are back to normal.
