This condo is 26 meters.  All  of the Nirun condos in the smaller buildings are the same size.   The pool area and all the common areas have been totally remodeled and look GREAT !!!

I don't know if it is very slow  in Pattaya right now but surprisingly,  the condo is still available for rent.
