Where do you want to stay? Central Pattaya, Pratumnak, Jomtien, Naklua?? Answer will vary depending on your preference.

What is your rough budget? Again, answer will influence answers.

Will consider all those areas. Maybe 12000 baht for month tops.

Ok.

First, agents/owners who are easy to contact & book with online:

A bit expensive for your budget, maybe, but reliable. May get something in VT2A for your budget.

BM Jai Dee Mak http://www.condopattaya-rent.com/

Has a few different condos and will certainly have something in your budget if they’re not booked up.

His VT1 condos are just above your budget BUT include water & electricity.

I think BM Daveo of Canterbury Tales still rents out a unit in Nirun. You could contact him.

You can also look on AirBnB. I’m using them for the second time this summer. I stay for a month each time. Just check reviews for the history of the renter, don’t just book with anyone.

If you’re on Facebook, there are a couple of Pattaya property groups that have a lot of owners/agents. Obviously, need to be careful.

Other than that, a lot of places are more of a walk-in to book.

Hopefully, other BMs will have suggestions or even have condos of their own to rent.

This is my 4th time using Airbnb for my upcoming trip. Never had any problems and the condo has always lived up to the photos on the website. I will continue to rent through Airbnb as long I'm staying for 1 month.

Life is nice :GoldenSmile1:
