I am really struggling to find a place in town to watch the ncaa Tournament does anyone have any good suggestions on venues that might offer viewing of this event or how I can stream it to my television in my room if possible?

Never, ever leave America and go to developing world without figuring this shit out.  I-rovers is best place in town I have found.  It worth stopping in for baht buster brekkie or more from time to time just to support them for doing this as NA sports watchers over here are definitely minority.
