thanks for the comment. This house has been on sale for a while but not find its buyer yet. I hope as you said soon someone, with a long term partner :),  wants to buy it. The owner lived here happyly for 3 years. After she  closed her business, she decided to sell or long time rent it for financial reasons. Otherwise it is indeed a cosy and peaceful place for families. It was rented a few times in between. At the moment there is no tenants. Any time possible to see it for the ones who interested. Just send a message or call the number in the original post.

Hospital is nearby, about 10 minutes drive. For the common area services (pool, cleaning, security etc) annual fee

is 12.222 THB. previous tenant paid 25K per month rent for a year contract.

You are right about the market at the moment. Price is negotiable, might be possible to have discount up to 10% for a serious buyer.

Yes it is 67.9 wah = 271 sqm. usable area indoors 162 sqm. No mistake, just different unit
