2/3-bed Condo or Villa wanted for 2 weeks

A friend is joining me in Jomtien this July and will have his extended Thai family with him. Probably 5 people in total. Possibility of more but unlikely.

Looking for 2-bed/3-bed condo or villa for 14-28 July. Would consider two 1-bed condos in same building/floor.

I’ve looked at my usual agents, sites etc and checked AirBnB. Those available are more than he wants to pay (eg 42000 baht for a condo in Jomtien Plaza).

He’d prefer Jomtien but will consider Pratumnak or maybe Central Pattaya, not Naklua though.

I thought I’d post here on the off-chance a BM has something suitable at a reasonable budget.
