What do you mean by 'a grass'?

A grass is UK speak for an informer to the police, a rat, a snitch, etc. If true maybe not the best person to allow access to where you're staying.

Oh, Okay, what do you believe would be the danger? I stayed there for about a week, and it was wonderful, clean and quiet.

The big ugly man with tattoos acted as a “farang customer” when a bar (not his) was raided.
