Tim hotel or Sunbeam hotel

Hi, i probably will book the Tim for the second half of January, but since i so a similar price in the Sunbeam i prefer to ask for the advice of someone that have stayed in both of them. major priorities are: joiner fee, internet connection and location. Thank you

i stayed in the sunbeam three years ago mate, the rooms were full of cockroaches, hated the place, will never use again, also had to pay 300 baht everytime i took a girl back to the room. not sure if that has changed now.

pool area was nice though.
