BTS expansion (Bangkok)

The BTS is expanding beyond Mo Chit all the way to the airport. Planned to be finnished 2020.
Stations along the way starts opening 2019.

The Eastern line is also being extended beyond Samrong and schedule to open before the end of the year

MRT is also expanding. I took advantage of the Purple Line to go to Nonthaburi a couple of times on my recent trip. Sure beats taking a taxi. More expansion to come.

The BTS needs more carriages and a higher frequency timetable even on the current line. Unlikely to happen as that would be using your common sense.
