Hi Sonic, it's a Thai style house. What the hell would you want a kitchen for? There's power points for the electric jug.... what else do you need?

10 mins is not far off with light to medium traffic, I live a little further out, and make it in 10-15 minutes very consistently, only 20 with heavy traffic.

i am renting at the mo, but want to buy somewhere, i live right next door in chok chai 1, a whole lot smaller than your house and only 1 bathroom

 

we have 2 dogs aswell, a pitbull, so he needs bigger space to run around in

yes the house is still for sale......very quiet place, and yes this house are more bigger. I been in nr 1 many time, but so very smale houses.

I haven`t make kitchen finish, bacause im not shure how i want it. Plan was to make one more room, and move kitchen out.

I thought foreigners can't buy houses? (because houses sit on land, but apartments are ok (providing 51% is thai owned)or are people that are interested in buying houses just doing it through wives.

Hi there!

 

Yes the price is about the same, but we can always be agreed with other price if your interested in the house.

Have kitchen, but not same as european standard. More Thai standard if you know what i meen.

Me and my thai friends use it like this all the time, and never complain :-)

Just contact me again in january if you want to have a look.
