It's coming along nicely. :) Alan what's the reason for building the pool before the house? Is it weather issues?

Good question .

Because there  pool is at the rear of the house and once we start the house in 10 days there will be no access for concrete tucks or other plant to get to the pool .

So the pool needed  building  first .

As always good reading your threads on builds.

Question; It seems you build all over Thailand, do you bring your own construction crews or hire locally?

We bring our own team .
Sometimes we hire local Labour.
And our contractors also travel to the job.
We don't really work all over Thailand more Issan.
But we plan to build towards Pattaya next year .
Pattaya great place to build now with all the New supply shops .

Alan i'm curious, how much do you pay your workers per month? Does it vary on the size of the house(s)??
